Guidelines for poster presentation

• Each poster presenter will have a poster board and a supply of push-pins. The board will be labeled with your poster number sent to you before the conference. 
• Please limit the size of your poster to 120 cm (height) x 90 cm (width).

Layout and format

• Remember to include the abstract title, all authors' names, and the institution's logo. 
• Remember to make a good readable text. It must be readable from 1-2 meters away

References 

Recommendations

It is recommended that you have some handouts of your poster. 

Use photos, illustrations, or graphics instead of text.

Poster booklet

If you want the poster to be in the EPICC booklet, EPICC webpage, and Spiritualcare.no, it is important that you upload the poster before the 13th of April. E-mail your poster to marianne.morland@vid.no in PDF format. 

Poster presentation walk

On Thursday, after registration, you must put your poster on the poster wall with your number. 

Poster presenters are asked to be present during the poster walk on Thursday from 10.45-12.30
